They are manufactured from COIL galvanized plates, into special roller profiles, as per customer’s specifications. The final profiles are joined together forming rollers which can be rolled on a basic axle, with the help of a movement mechanism. The thickness of the original galvanized plates can vary from 0.6 to 12 mm, whereas the thickness of the final roller is at least 37mm. The end sides of the rollers are equipped with suitable plastics to make their operation much less noisy.
The rollers are painted with electrostatic paint of polyester powder (available in a wide variety of colours), and are cured in ovens at a suitable temperature, for resistance against corrosion and for longer life of the paint. The rollers can be manually or electrically operated, according to customers wishes.
