Garage Roller Doors
Manufactured from COIL galvanized plates, shaped into suitable profiles in a special roller machine. The profiles are joined together forming the final rollers that are rolled on a basic axle by a movement mechanism. The thickness of the original plate can vary from 0.6mm to 12mm depending on the dimensions of the final roller, the requested resistance and the existing wind pressure. The thickness of the roller could be at least 37mm.
The end sides of the roller panels are equipped with special plastics, for noiseless operation of the rollers
They are painted with electrostatic paint of polyester powder (available in a wide variety of colours), at suitable temperatures, for best resistance against corrosion and for longer life. Their operation can be manual or electrical depending on customer’s wishes.
Roof Supported Split Garage Doors
Top solution for safety garage doors offering also heat insulation. Manufactured from double-wall galvanized steel panels, insulated with polyurethane. The thickness of the panels is 40mm.
Appropriate design of the panels avoids finger trapping. Around the edges they are fitted with rubber for water-proofing, noiseless operation, sound and heat insulation. Balance system with reverse springs and attached security breaks (stoppers) on either sides of the door, so that in case the spring is broken, the breaks will automatically stop the door from shutting. The wire-ropes are fitted in hidden positions next to the rollers, to reduce the probability of accidents.
The standard colour of these panels is white with uneven surface, however it is possible to paint them in any wood imitation colours.
